The bed has a supporting structure made of MDF and chipboard, which together provide a solid construction. The exterior is finished with a textile upholstery. Fabric offers a soft and breathable finish, contributing to user comfort. It is wear-resistant and suitable for daily use, but more sensitive to stains and therefore requires more regular maintenance than synthetic coverings such as PU.
The legs are made of wood, providing stable support and natural strength. Wood is dimensionally stable and can bear higher loads, making the construction extra durable.
The MDF and particle board structure is easy to maintain by wiping it with a dry or slightly damp cloth and drying it thoroughly; avoid prolonged contact with moisture to prevent damage. The fabric upholstery can be kept clean by regularly vacuuming with a soft brush attachment to prevent dust and dirt from building up. Stains are best treated immediately by gently dabbing with a slightly damp cloth or a mild textile cleaner, without rubbing too hard to avoid damaging the fabric. The wooden slatted base can occasionally be dusted or vacuumed; ensure that the slats remain dry to prevent warping.
