The base consists of a metal cylinder with an integrated gas-lift system. The gas cylinder, filled with compressed gas, allows the seat height to be easily adjusted via the lever. The metal base is finished with a powder coating, making it wear-resistant, rust-resistant, and easy to maintain. Bouclé is a weaving technique that uses looped yarns. These loops create the fabric’s characteristic, irregular, woolly texture. The bouclé fabric is made of 100% polyester. This material is strong and resistant to abrasion, making it ideal for daily use. Other advantages are its color and shape retention, easy maintenance, and affordability.
The metal legs can be cleaned with a dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid aggressive cleaning agents to protect the finish. The bouclé fabric upholstery can be kept neat by regularly vacuuming with a soft brush attachment. Stains are best treated immediately by gently dabbing with a slightly damp cloth or a mild textile cleaner, without rubbing too hard so the fabric’s texture is preserved.
